"We purchased a new construction home in Boise from a well known builder. As the designer, Mike was very attentive to our needs and was able to take the standard "spec" home and turn it into our dream house. We collected ideas we liked from Houzz.com, magazine clippings and our hand drawn mock-ups and Mike figured out a way to make it work within our budget. Without Mike's expertise and guidance, we would have walked away from the builder as they were too rigid with the designs and kept pushing us towards other model homes. Homes built in Boise are very traditional, what we call "Tuscan Villa", which is not our taste.
